- 1 pkg stove top traditional sage stuffing mix
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, but into 1-inch pieces (normally 2 or 3 chicken breast)
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can green beans drained
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.
- Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13x9 inch baking dish; top with stuffing.
- bake 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
