Arkansas vs. Rutgers 2012
Thanks to my mom watching all three kids, I got to enjoy the Wells Fargo Sponsored tailgate with Kraig, Matt and Victoria yesterday. Here we are pre-game. Needless to say the Razorbacks are not great this year with all the scandals going on with the 2012 season so we stayed until half time and left. I'm starting to think tailgating is the best part of the games with the way the season is going!
And here is my little man at my mom's house when I went to pick them up.
He is wearing my dad's hat backwards. :-) Little squirrel!
Thanks mom, dad and Katlyn (she got to 'babysit' Lauren and Colton) for watching our little munchkins!

Arkansas vs. Alabama - Taylor's First Razorback Tailgate
Yesterday was a busy day for all in our family (a wedding, school and people traveling) so Taylor got to go tailgating with me! Since Lauren started Kindergarten and no longer sees Miss Janete from BH, we asked Miss Janete to watch Lauren and Colton while I went tailgating. Lauren was SO excited! I didn't take a headband with me for Taylor as I was just trying to get out of the house looking half decent :-) so I found this little headband in her diaper bag. It makes her head look HUGE! It was a pretty good day as I got to spend time with my friends and family, the kids got to have fun with Miss Janete and since I just stayed for the tailgate, I got home, put L&C to bed for naps while I watched the Razorback game from the comfort of my couch (while it was raining on and off at the game).
Great day!
My girls!
You can see Lauren had been crying because she was sad Miss Janete was gone and she thought she would NEVER see her again. :-( I quickly told her that we will see Miss Janete every week when we drop off/pick up Taylor and Colton and we will ask her to babysit again. :-)

Chef's In The Garden Event - Botanical Gardens
Our friends Scott and Tracey Farmer invited us to the Chef's in the Garden Event Thursday night at the Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville. Scott works for Filippo Berio Olive Oil and they helped sponsor the event so we got in for free! Since Taylor is still nursing and Tracey and Jen were bringing their kids, I brought Taylor along.
I wish I had a picture of our table...it was much different than it was years ago! So picture the Judkins, the Rogers, the Farmers, The Williams, Carrie, Victoria and Victoria's mother-in-law. Addy and Riley were basically twins all night and are at the age where they are on the go constantly so Jen and Tracey were following them around all night (while they ate their McDonalds Chicken Nuggets (smart move to bring that Tracey!)) while Austin stayed in the stroller and Taylor was being held by Kraig or myself. At one point I'm sure people were looking at us like "I can't believe they brought their kids" but hey...when you are a group of 30 somethings with kids just trying to fit in, you do what you have to do...and it's such a nice outdoor event that it was perfect! The event was from 6-8:30 and we were there from around 6:30-8 and then went home to put the kids to bed.
Lauren had a soccer game from 5:30-6:30 with soccer pictures at 5:15 so I took her to the pictures and game and then we left at 6 where my mom met us and picked up Lauren and Colton. They got to go to dinner with granny and papa so they loved that! I'm sure my parents worked in a few too many bites of ice cream but hey, that's just what grandparents do so I'm good with it! :-)
Great night had by all!
Me, Lori and Carrie having fun and enjoying the food, wine and conversation while Taylor slept in my arms!
Love these girls!

Happy 4th of July 2012!
Per my doctor's orders the day before, I was supposed to relax and take it easy on the 3rd and 4th so I didn't go into labor. Because of this I didn't feel like going to the lake on the 4th, so I stayed home and Kraig took the kids to Mark and Missy's lake house for a few hours. We were going to watch fireworks that night but didn't think keeping the kids up late would be good for our big day Thursday. So we cooked out at home as our last night as a family of four.
Happy Fourth of July!

Our Family Song
I feel like this song from the Eli Young Band is our family song. :-)
CRAZY GIRL:
Baby why you wanna cry?
You really oughta know that I
Just have to walk away sometimes
We're gonna do what lovers do
We're gonna have a fight or two
But I ain't ever changing my mind
Crazy girl, don't you know that I love you?
I wouldn't dream of going nowhere
Silly woman come here let me hold you
Have I told you lately I love you like crazy, girl?
I wouldn't last a single day
I'd probably just fade away
Without you I'd lose my mind
Before you ever came along
I was living life all wrong
The smartest thing I ever did was make you all mine
Crazy girl, don't you know that I love you?
I wouldn't dream of going nowhere
Silly woman, come here let me hold you
Have I told you lately I love you like crazy, girl?
Like crazy, girl
Crazy girl, don't you know that I love you?
I wouldn't dream of going nowhere
Silly woman come here let me hold you
Have I told you lately I love you like

Silver Dollar City Weekend
Friday Kraig called me at work and said "ya know this is the only weekend we have free in May, do you want to take the kids to Silver Dollar City?" We knew the kids would love it and with baby arriving in around 9 weeks it would probably be the only weekend before baby arrives that we could all go, so Saturday morning we went to Lauren's soccer game and then headed to Branson. Colton was excited to ride the choo choo and Lauren could not wait to ride the rides. I was limited to certain rides being pregnant so daddy rode most of the rides with them. Colton barely made the 36" mark to ride the rides, so this was his first time to ride most of the stuff. We had a great time and it was so nice to get away as a family of 4!
Colton didn't really like the frog's after they started 'leaping' so the lady bugs was a bit more his style.
Riding the boat and shooting the targets with daddy.
My baby girl and me riding the boat and shooting the targets (where Lauren got 11 and was super excited about that #)
We were hot so it was time to cool down with a nice train ride. You won't believe it but we got robbed while riding the train! If you have been to SDC you know what I'm talking about. If you have not it's a little show they put on during the train ride. On the second day Lauren said "are we going to see those guys that make us say "hey ugly"?" and Colton was saying "no no bad guys!" :-)
We decided to stay the night so we could go back Sunday morning. The kids were super excited about being able to swim, however the water was nice and cold so Colton was not letting go of daddy. It didn't phase Lauren as she was swimming around like crazy. I honestly forgot my swimsuit so I didn't swim. I offered to go buy a swimsuit while there but by the time we did that it would have been time for the kids to go to bed, so I just let daddy swim with the kids.
Since the water was a little cold they would take breaks and go in the hot tub for short spurts.
After a fun filled Saturday it was time for bed. The kids were all snuggled up watching a show so I had to capture this sweet moment (where they weren't fighting over something).
Sunday we got up and had breakfast at Cracker Barrel and then headed back to SDC for day 2 of fun!
Pregnant women are not allowed to ride the tea cups....not sure if they are worried we will spill our beans or what, but I couldn't ride, so daddy rode with the kids while I took photos. If you zoom in on this pic I think daddy was having a lot of fun spinning the tea cup as well. This was Colton's first time to ride this ride since with shoes and the fuz on his hair he finally hit the 36" mark. :-)
I wanted to take this pic so that one day we can look back and remember how little our kids were. That tea cup looks giant next to both of them.
They have a new area (or new for us) called Half Dollar Holler with more 'little' kids stuff. Lauren and Kraig rode the big swings earlier and Colton wanted to go, but Lauren and Kraig said it turned their tummy a little so we didn't think it would be a good idea for Colton. So once we found this section it was the perfect size for him!
After such a fun weekend and no naps on Saturday this little boy was tired. About 10 minutes in to the ride home he was out and slept for an hour. Lauren watched her movie and was our 'big' girl all weekend. Both kids did great and Kraig and I loved watching the excitement from the kids as well.
