14 Weeks

Hi everyone! I've been at home with my mom and dad all week and boy do I miss my sissy! My parents keep kissing my cheeks and talking in weird voices trying to get me to laugh...geez the things parents do?!?!?! Anywho...I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm now tipping the scale at 15 pounds 4.5 ounces! I'm growing like a weed and enjoying life! Thanks Lori for the onesie and thanks Grandma Laura for the puppy dog! We get along great!

Last Day at Disney

Look mom I found Nemo!!! It really wasn't that hard...I'm not sure what that movie was about...but I found him at Disney! Didn't they know to check here instead of swimming around the ocean all that time?

I got to ride the trolley in my dress and the driver would announce to everyone that got on the train that they had a "special lady on the train...Cinderella!" and guess what...he was talking about me!!!!

Here is Lauren in the RV on her "princess" bed watching a movie once they stopped for the night Friday night.

Once they made it to Florida this morning they got all set up at Disney's Fort Wilderness Park...You can see Lauren is excited to be there and ready to go to the castle!

Guess Who's Going to Disney World?

Lauren is leaving today at noon for Disney World with Nana and Papaw! I'm excited for her but wish I was going to see her first trip to Disney! Last night she was SO hyper when we were packing her bag, that she just kept running around the house singing, etc. Even this morning she didn't fight us to get ready for school because she knew Kraig was going to pick her up early so she can leave for Disney World. I can't wait to see some pics from her trip! We love you baby girl! Have fun!!!!

13 Weeks and Bouncing

As of today my little boy is 13 weeks old...by date he will be 3 months old tomorrow on the 19th. Yesterday he weighed 14 1/2 pounds! He is doing great at daycare, eats like a champ (every 2-4 hours during the day) and has even slept for 7 hours straight 3 nights this past week! His colic seems to be gone which is nice and as you can see from the pictures below he is an all around happy baby now! He even laughed outloud for the first time today (an actual belly laugh not his normal small laugh)!

Yes he has mittens on because he scratches his face...no matter how much we file, cut, etc he somehow ends up with scratches on his face...so until that stops he will be wearing mittens. :-)

Last Day of Maternity Leave

So my momma is having a bitter sweet feeling about today being her last day of maternity leave. She is having a hard time thinking of leaving me at daycare tomorrow (like she did when she took Lauren to school for her first day too) but knows she will also enjoy the adult interaction and having some "her time" again...so today we are getting in lots of snuggle time! We have been snuggling in my new carrier...

and taking naps together which I love too! My mama is a great snuggler! This is how we sleep every night! I love it and I know my momma does too!!!

And since it was my big sisters last day at home before going back to school full time she got to have lots of extra fun too! She got to watch movies on her new TV in her own room! (Thanks Nana and Papaw!)

And she got to have donuts and milk as a snack!

What a cool day at home!!!

Colton's 2 Month Check Up and First Shots

We took Colton in today for his 2 month check up (11 wks old) and he weighed 13 pounds and 14 ounces. He measured 23.46 inches and his head is 59.6 cm.

What does that all mean you ask? It means he is in the 50th percentile for height and 75th percentile in both weight and head size. :-) We take him back in 6 weeks for his 4 month check up (on his 4 month birthday).

He received the following shots/immunizations:
Rotateq 2.0 mL PO
Prevnar 0.5 mL IM
Pentacel 0.5 mL IM
hep B o.5 mL IM
