The other morning Kraig said "babe can you come here...someone is in your spot!" so I went in the bedroom and found this! I just started laughing.

We got up...went to church (actually made it on time!) and then went back to Nana and Papaws house for breakfast and Easter egg hunt. It was a fun day!

Haircut #3

So after some convincing by Prince Charming (aka Kraig) we had Lauren's hair cut for the 3rd time. It turned out cute (of course) and looked thicker the minute it was done! Enjoy the pics!

My mom and sister surprised us and joined us for the big event! This is my now 8 year old niece Katlyn! Man how time flies! I remember your first haircut by Miss Margie at this same spot a few years ago!

I think Lauren really likes getting her hair done because she kept making faces like this like "look at me!" Too cute!

Colton's New Trick at 5 months

Our little man has started talking lately...but just this weekend he discovered that he can blow bubbles and the rasp sound. It's too cute! He would make that noise and Lauren would just die laughing! She thought he was being silly. I recorded some of it so I'll try and load the video when I can...I just wanted to have it documented so I would remember when it happened. :-)

Mr. Greg Is Gonna Fix My Computer?

Yesterday morning we were upstairs and Kraig was on our new computer. We decided to keep our old computer as a backup and something the kids can use now that Kindergartners have computers in their classrooms. So Lauren walked over to her computer and said "its broken" because we had not hooked it up yet. Kraig told Lauren that he would have Greg fix her computer. That was the end of that story. Well later that day (5 p.m.) Greg came to the house to pick up Kraig so they could go watch some Basketball at Buffalo Wild Wings. Lauren ran to the door and said "Greg will you fix my computer?" Kraig and I just started laughing and then Kraig told Greg the story of what happened that morning. We all started laughing and Lauren was smiling. Greg said "yes Lolo I'll fix your computer". :-) Well that night I had just put Lauren to sleep and Kraig came home so he went in to tell her goodnight and she said "daddy is Greg gonna fix my computer?" and Kraig said "yes baby Mr Greg is gonna fix your computer". He said Lauren light up like a Christmas tree and started shaking her hands and saying "Yay!!!!"

It just amazes me how much a 2 year old can remember and carry on a conversation like an adult! So I guess Mr Greg is in for it now and will HAVE to fix Lolo's computer. :-)

I Was Just Kidding!

Yesterday Kraig was loading Lauren in his truck to go to Home Depot. She had a book in her hand and Kraig told her to put the book down so he could put her in her seat and she just kept saying she had to have her book. So after about three "Lauren put the book down and give me your arms"...Lauren stopped and said "I was just kidding daddy" and started laughing! That little stinker! :-) She is 2 years and 9 months old and she is already starting to act like a teenager!!!

PJ Day at School

Today was PJ Day at school so Lauren wore her My Heart Belongs To Daddy PJs. Doesn't she look cute in her little pigtails!!!!!

Colton - 5 months old

I can't believe it but 5 months ago today at this very moment I was in labor with the cutest little boy I've ever seen. I never knew my heart could expand as much as it has since he arrived! Colton you are the best baby a mom could ask for. You are so laid back, you love to laugh and smile and you just melt my heart everyday when you laugh at your sister. She loves you so much!!!

At 5 months old you have found your feet and hands and love to try to put anything you can get a hold of in your mouth! Its so cute to watch you take your paci from your mouth, hold it out and look at it and then try to put it back in. You lay on your back and pull your feet up towards your head and pull on your socks with your hands. You can sit in your bumbo for a short amount of time before slumping over and you like to sit in your exercauser with a blanket wrapped around you so that you can actually sit up. You have the cutest fat rolls I've ever seen and all I want to do is kiss those cheeks of yours! You giggle and coo all the time and sometimes I swear you are saying "Mama"! I love it!!! We've been secretly working on "Dada" so that your daddy doesn't get his feeling hurt. :-) That's ok though...your sister said "Dada" first so maybe it's just my turn!

You weigh 17 1/4 pounds as of this morning! You are starting to eat up to 7 ounces at a time and so we have started feeding you cereal, sweet potatoes and bananas. So far you have not made any funny faces so I'm assuming you like them all.

Sibling Love

These are the two best kids in the whole world. It's so neat to watch them grow each day and just see all the new things they are doing. Kraig and I are so very blessed to have these two crazy kids as out babies! They love each other so much and Colton has only been here for 5 months today! Crazy how much your life can change the moment you have a child...and yes there is enough love in our hearts to go around for 2! The instant both my kiddos were born my world changed for the better! We love you both so much that words can't even explain it! I just want to snuggle you both 24/7!!!
