Got Milk?

Lets just say I'm a blessed woman!

That's 8 gallon sized ziplock bags full of Taylor's milk that I have stored up from July-September.  Before I left for Vegas I had 170 ounces inside the house for Kraig to use while I was gone and the 8 bags outside were never even touched and I still had around 50 oz left inside when I got home.  I currently have around 500 oz of milk stored up and pump around 21-23 oz a day at work.  Taylor is currently drinking 12 oz (on a great day) or less at daycare so as of right now, I have an extra month of milk stored up for daycare use (42 days of drinking 12 oz at daycare).  :-)

Thank you Lord for giving me the means to do this!

Colton Funnies At School

We get sheets like this everyday from school telling us something funny that Colton did.  Wednesday's said he was flirting with the teacher by winking at her!  Silly boy!

Taylor Marie - 3 Months

Can someone PLEASE stop time?!?!?  I mean seriously...how can 3 months have already passed?  My big girl is 5, my baby boy is almost 3 and Taylor is now 3 months...someone please tell me I'm dreaming!

A little more serious... :-)

• Weight - 14 lbs 11 oz
• Size 2 diapers
• 3-6 Month Clothes
• You have found your hands now and like to suck on them.
• You also can see things far away now and follow them with your eyes when they move.
• You also like to "talk" now and when we make noises at you, you will talk back and smile.
• You still sleep great and only get up around 2:30 and 5:30 am after going to bed around 8 or 9.
• You are getting used to daycare and are starting to eat more than 1-2 oz at each feeding.

Your sister, brother, dad and I all love  you so much and can't imagine our lives without you.  God has really blessed your daddy and I with 3 healthy and beautiful children!  Sometimes I just have to pinch myself to make sure my life is real and not a dream.  I'm married to my best friend and have 3 wonderful children!  I have to say I am a little sad that your 'baby' stage is ending and you are starting the 'infant' stage especially since you are our last child.  There are many wonderful things to come with you, Colton and Lauren and I look forward to watching the three of you grow and interact together!

We love you baby girl!  Happy 3 month birthday!

Kids Weekend Away

A while ago Kristen, Lisa and I decided to buy tickets for us and the girls to see the Movie Cinderella which was playing at the Pinnacle Malco Theater.  It was a special showing since the movie Cinderella was being re released on DVD Today.  We bought the tickets before knowing exactly what dates I would be going to  Vegas based on Jen's work, so after everything was booked, my trip was the same weekend as the Cinderella showing.  Kristen said she would take Lauren with her so that Kraig could stay home with Taylor.

Since Colton had never spent the night away with Nana and Papaw by himself they took him camping Friday night so that he could have a night in the RV before the rest of the gang came over Saturday.  He got to co-pilot the RV and he thought that was so cool!

After the movie Saturday morning, Kristen took Lauren to meet up with Colton and Nana and Papaw in Branson.

Since the girls had princess costumes Nana and Papaw took Colton to get a costume.  He started with the Hulk but changed his mind for Buzz Lightyear instead.  :-)

Las Vegas Girls Trip

This past weekend I got to get away for a short girls trip to Vegas with Jen!  Our husbands are going to Costa Rica later this year on a fishing trip so about 6 months ago Jen and I started talking about taking a girls trip since they guys were taking a guys trip.  We decided on Vegas!  We stayed at the Mirage Hotel which was a first for both of us and it was wonderful!  We enjoyed pool time with adult drinks, walks up and down the strip, shopping, seeing Amy Schumer (comedian) at the Riveria and Cirque Du Soleil show "O" which was amazing, the animal habitat at the Mirage and a nice romantic dinner with a view at Eiffel Tower..oh wait!  LOL

So Jen and I LOVE to play Wheel of Fortune in Vegas.  The last time we went together we won $1100 on the big Wheel of Fortune machine!  We were a little sad to find out that all the hotels had taken out the big wheels and replaced them with the smaller electronic versions.  Jen and I found our 'lucky' machine and one of the winning spins came up with 'Arkansas' as the word we won on so I of course had to take a picture!  We didn't win like we did several years ago but we had a great time!

Sunday we walked to Serendipity 3 and had a world famous Frozen Hot Chocolate!  It was yummy! 

It was a great time away with some much needed relaxation for both of us while the dad's spent some time with the kiddos!
